By accessing and using White Parcel's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

White Parcel provides logistics and delivery services including but not limited to: domestic and international shipping, real-time package tracking, warehousing solutions, and freight forwarding. Our services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information
  • Properly package items according to our guidelines
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items
  • Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
  • Illegal substances and contraband
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Perishable items (without prior arrangement)
  • Live animals or plants
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights

5. Pricing and Payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and service level. All prices are in USD and exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

6. Liability and Insurance

White Parcel's liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to our maximum liability limits as specified in your service agreement. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Claims and Disputes

Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our claims process. For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to pursue mediation before litigation.

8. Delivery Terms

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time but are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
